1. Introduction

Welcome to DIY Bookkeeping Buddy, a service provided by True Resource Bookkeeping LLC and hosted on MemberVault. By accessing and using this membership, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before using the membership.

2. Membership Access

• Eligibility: This membership is available to business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals managing their own bookkeeping. By joining, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
• Membership Fee: Membership is billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on MemberVault.
• Member Content: Please refrain from sharing sensitive or private information in public areas of the membership, such as comments or during live sessions. Anything posted within the membership may be visible to other members, and True Resource Bookkeeping LLC cannot ensure privacy for shared content.

3. Services Provided

• Co-Working Sessions: As a member, you will have access to live virtual co-working sessions. These are designed to help you work on your bookkeeping tasks in a supportive environment.
• Q&A and Training: Monthly Q&A sessions and 1:1 training are available to answer your questions, but these services do not replace professional financial or tax advice.
• Digital Resources: Members have access to downloadable tools, templates, and guides. These resources are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed or resold.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the remainder of any billing period already paid for.
• Termination of Access: Membership may be suspended or terminated by True Resource Bookkeeping LLC if the Terms of Service are violated.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The services and resources provided through DIY Bookkeeping Buddy are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. True Resource Bookkeeping LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the membership.
